gedeeltelijk, in het geschil, of in geval van ondertekening van een onderhandelde overeenkomst, geheel of gedeeltelijk, in het voordeel van de cli\u00ebnt.<\/p>\n<p>Deze erelonen worden berekend op basis van het resultaat van de verdeling van het huwelijksvermogen en\/of de erfenis, gelijk aan 5% van het resultaat van de verdeling dat in het voordeel van de cli\u00ebnt wordt behaald.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer de belangen niet evalueerbaar of kwantificeerbaar zijn, wordt de \u2018succes fee\u2019, voorafgaand aan elke tussenkomst of tijdens de tussenkomst, onderworpen aan een specifieke overeenkomst die voorziet in een verhoging van de toepasselijke uurtarieven bij het bereiken van \u00e9\u00e9n of meerdere gedefinieerde doelen.<\/p><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column
