Arnaud Gillard has been a lawyer at the French-speaking Bar of Brussels since 2003. He holds a licentiate degree in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain and obtained a degree in international relations from the KU Leuven in 2003. Arnaud Gillard was also an assistant in the post-master’s program in notarial law at the Université Catholique de Louvain. From 2006 to 2007, he was a member of the administrative committee of the Conference of the Young Bar of Brussels, first as deputy treasurer and later as treasurer. He is recognized as a specialist in family law and family property law by the Bar of Brussels. From 2012 to 2014, he was an assessor of the legal aid office, and he currently serves as delegated expert in the Family and Inheritance Law Committee of the CCBE (Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe). In addition, since 2018, he has been an active fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (Home | International Academy of Family Lawyers | IAFL).
