Amélie VANDERMEERSCH has been a lawyer at the French-speaking Bar of Brussels since 2020 and joined the law firm Arnaud Gillard Avocats the same year.

She holds a master’s degree in law with a specialization in European law, earned with distinction from the Université Catholique de Louvain. She approaches each case with expertise, rigor, and precision, while emphasizing attentive listening and a human-centered approach.

Her practice focuses on family law, covering areas such as divorce, separation, child custody, child support, filiation, adoption, succession, and international child abduction. She is particularly skilled in handling cases with an international aspect (international private family law), and her expertise also extends to family property law.
